Digital products are non-refundable

Digital Playbooks sells downloadable e-books and digital materials. Because access is delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable unless a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Duplicate or failed purchases

If you believe you were charged twice or did not receive access to your purchased file, contact us with your order details so we can review and resolve the issue.

Customer support

For purchase or access issues, contact Digital Playbooks support. Paddle may also appear on billing statements and provide payment-related support once checkout is connected.
